How to use
- Paste or open the subtitle file.
- Enter the first and last cue to move (0 means through the end) and the shift in seconds.
- Run the tool; cues outside the range keep their timing.
Good to know
The range follows cue order in your input, not the printed cue ID.
Cues outside the selected range keep their timing. Output is sorted by start time.

Questions
Are cue numbers the numbers printed in the file?
No. The range counts cues in the order they appear, starting at 1, so renumbered or unnumbered files still work.
When is a partial shift needed?
Typically after an ad break, a deleted scene or a joined video, when subtitles are right up to one point and off after it.
