How to use
- Paste or open the calendar file.
- Enter the hours to shift and whether to write times as UTC.
- Download the fixed .ics and import it.
Good to know
Only DTSTART, DTEND, RECURRENCE-ID, EXDATE and RDATE are shifted. All-day dates and creation stamps are left as they are.
Writing times as UTC removes the TZID parameter and the VTIMEZONE blocks, so the file no longer depends on a named zone.
Text files up to 5 MB are supported. Downloads are encoded as UTF-8.

Questions
Why are my events an hour or more off?
The file was exported with times in one zone and imported as another, or daylight saving was not applied.
Are all-day events shifted?
No. Dates without times stay on the same day.
